At Shoe Gallery, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the box and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
